IPR workshop in Paris

On 14 and 15 November 2013 Nathalie Doury at Parisienne de Photographie organized in Paris the EuropeanaPhotography IPR workshop. The Intellectual Property Rights applied to photography, in particular those ones related to photographers and third parties, and the Europeana’s approach to IPR were some of the topics under discussion; the participants had also the chance to provide and discuss case studies with a paralegal consultant on IPR. The interesting results of the survey held amongst the EuropeanaPhotography partners about the IPR status of their collections was also illustrated.
