The Online IPR Guidebook (http://europeana-photography.iprguide.org/lang_en/page/home-page) is a tool with which the content providers are able to explore the main aspects of IPR legislation through a step based guide, a library on IPR, a database of who is who in IPR in several countries and a direct link to the IPR blog.

The process is simulating the process of clearing rights, questions regarding the content are answered and at the end the user will be aware of the main steps towards clearing rights and be informed about the key aspects of the Data Exchange Agreement (DEA)
